As a native Spanish speaker, Maria takes great pride in being a resource for our Spanish-speaking customers and business owners. Her ability to connect with customers in their preferred language ensures that everyone feels understood and supported in their insurance journey.
Armed with a degree in Accounting from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Nicaragua, Maria initially set out on a numbers-driven journey. But her superpower? An innate ability to connect with people! Who would have thought that this accounting whiz would discover her true calling in the bustling, collaborative realm of insurance? With a heart full of passion and a mission to serve, Maria is determined to help customers navigate the ins and outs of their insurance needs with a smile.

While in Virginia Beach, Kim honed her superpowers at Strayer University, earning an associate degree in business management. Her love for learning shines through, ensuring she stays sharp and prepared to answer all of her customer’s insurance questions.
When she's not saving the day with her insurance knowledge, you can find Kim indulging in her secret passion...the beach! In between beach visits she loves tending to her yard and creating magnificent planters. And watch out during the holidays, as Kim transforms into the Decorator Dynamo, spreading festive cheer faster than a flash!
Kim a superhuman sport enthusiast, with a special love for Houston pro baseball and college football. A house divided, she bravely cheers for Mississippi State, while her husband valiantly supports the Oregon Ducks. But it's not just about fun and games for Kim – she's also a dedicated philanthropist. She uses her powers for good, donating clothing to women shelters and providing jigsaw puzzles to rehab and long-term care facilities, bringing joy and therapy to those in need.
Family is the fortress that Kim holds dear. Her husband, a Navy veteran of 46 years, proudly served his country, while their youngest son continues the family legacy, serving in the Marine Corps like a true hero. Together, they form a formidable force, ready to protect and serve.

Have you met our Account Representative, Lee? Raised in Accra, Ghana, and completing her bachelor’s degree from Masan University in Busan, South Korea, Lee is fluent in both Twi and Korean. She is a true global citizen! While her roots are diverse, it was the charm of Richmond, VA, that called her to our thriving town.
Lee is on a mission to connect Twi and Korean-speaking Richmonders. Insurance can be complicated, and she believes that language should never be a barrier to understanding your options. Lee is passionate about ensuring that everyone knows how to protect the people they love and the things they’ve worked so hard to earn.
Before joining our team, Lee lived in Northern Virginia, where she showcased her creative prowess in the jewelry industry, focusing on inventory management, creative direction, and marketing.
An athlete at heart, Lee was once the sports captain of her school and has a love for football (or soccer, as it’s known here!). As a devoted fan of Real Madrid and Liverpool FC, she brings her competitive edge to everything she does.
