With a background in accounting and a passion for people, Maria brings a perfect balance of precision and warmth to every customer interaction. Whether she’s helping a family understand their homeowners policy or assisting a small business owner with billing, she approaches each task with care and attention.
Maria finds joy in baking, cheering on her favorite soccer team (¡Hala Madrid!), and exploring the world of fitness. Her deep roots in family, faith, and community make her an incredible asset—not just to our agency, but to everyone she serves.

Kim Schreiber

Kim Schreiber brings over two decades of customer care experience—and a lifetime of resilience and compassion—to our team. Originally from San Diego, Kim has lived up and down the U.S. coasts and even in rural Australia. For 23 years she called Virginia Beach home before relocating to Richmond and eventually settling in Seabrook, TX, where she now works remotely.
Kim holds a Business Management degree from Strayer University and is deeply committed to ongoing learning. She ensures every customer interaction is rooted in empathy, consistency, and clear communication. She’s the behind-the-scenes powerhouse who makes sure our processes run smoothly and our customers always feel heard and supported.
In addition to her insurance knowledge, Kim is an avid gardener, a holiday decorator queen, and a proud military wife and mom. Her husband served in the Navy for 46 years, and her youngest son is a U.S. Marine. Kim supports women’s shelters and long-term care facilities with clothing and puzzles—believing in kindness both on and off the clock.

Paola Gabriel

Paola is a Richmond native who brings enthusiasm, organization, and a passion for design to our agency. A proud Godwin High School Eagle and 2024 graduate of J. Sargeant Reynolds with a degree in architectural design and construction management, Paola knows the importance of preparation, detail, and thoughtful execution.
She is bilingual in English and Spanish, which allows her to connect meaningfully with Hispanic customers and provide helpful support in their preferred language. Her volunteer work with the Local Design and Construction group for Jehovah’s Witnesses showcases her dedication to service and community-building.
When she’s not helping keep our office running smoothly, you can find Paola playing volleyball, hiking, or doing Pilates. She dreams of building a koi pond in her backyard—an oasis of calm and beauty, much like the presence she brings to our team.

Jakob is currently a student at James Madison University and joins our team during school breaks to help us stay connected with our customers. A proud graduate of Maggie Walker School, Jakob is from Chesterfield County and brings local insight and youthful energy to our agency.
Jakob’s main role is reaching out to customers to schedule their annual insurance reviews with Tracey. His outreach ensures you never miss the opportunity to update your coverage, ask questions, and explore new options that may better fit your current needs.
