David Kotarides is an Account Representative with a strong commitment to helping Virginians protect what matters most in their lives. Originally from Norfolk, Virginia, David comes from a family with deep Greek roots. Growing up near the water, he developed a love for fishing and outdoor activities, often spending time on the rivers and bay with family and friends.
David attended Norfolk Academy, where he excelled in soccer, earning all-South All-American honors for two years and contributing to a state championship win during his junior year. Though a serious injury ended his athletic career, David pursued higher education at James Madison University, focusing on History.
Outside the office, David enjoys fishing, playing sports with his children, and beach trips. Family is central to his life; he is married with three boys and expecting a daughter in August. Their household also includes a dog and a cat. While David has been involved in youth sports volunteering in the past, his current focus is on supporting his growing family.
David values teamwork and dedication both on and off the field. His motivation to work in insurance stems from a genuine desire to provide security for individuals and families, helping them safeguard their most important assets.

Kim Schreiber brings over two decades of customer care experience—and a lifetime of resilience and compassion—to our team. Originally from San Diego, Kim has lived up and down the U.S. coasts and even in rural Australia. For 23 years she called Virginia Beach home before relocating to Richmond and eventually settling in Seabrook, TX, where she now works remotely.
Kim holds a Business Management degree from Strayer University and is deeply committed to ongoing learning. She ensures every customer interaction is rooted in empathy, consistency, and clear communication. She’s the behind-the-scenes powerhouse who makes sure our processes run smoothly and our customers always feel heard and supported.
In addition to her insurance knowledge, Kim is an avid gardener, a holiday decorator queen, and a proud military wife and mom. Her husband served in the Navy for 46 years, and her youngest son is a U.S. Marine. Kim supports women’s shelters and long-term care facilities with clothing and puzzles—believing in kindness both on and off the clock.
